1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, an email, a telephone call, or a declaration submitted through our online contact form).

If you choose this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email).

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.

We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

4. Return or Collection of Goods

In the event of a withdrawal, we will arrange the collection of the goods from you. You are not required to ship the goods yourself.

We bear all direct costs associated with returning the goods. Please ensure that the items are adequately packaged and protected for transport.

5. Compensation for Value Loss

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Instalment Purchases / Financing

If you financed this contract through a loan and you exercise your right of withdrawal, the associated loan agreement will also be terminated. This applies in particular to financing arrangements with third-party providers (e.g., banks or other financial service providers) that are legally linked to the purchase contract.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers

We grant the above-described right of withdrawal not only to consumers but also to customers acting as entrepreneurs. In such cases, the same terms and deadlines apply.

8. Exclusions

We currently do not offer any goods that are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal or for which the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely.
