Due to the straight-forward construction, self-closing cabinet hinges are quite easy to install. All you need is a pencil, screws and drill (but if you have a piece of furniture made of soft wood, you can break through them with a screw and a screwdriver). Self-closing hinges, however, may vary when it comes to assembly details. Depending on the number of mounting plates and their kind the installation may require double the number of screws.
