Threaded inserts – dimensions and specification

The mechanism of action of threaded inserts is simple. Such 'overlays' are placed inside one element to be attached to the other. Then a screw or furniture cam connecting dowel is attached to this element. Everything is clamped. Thanks to this, it is widely believed that this is one of the better ways to combine furniture elements. The main advantage of threaded inserts is the external structure. The specially adapted outer surface of these elements means that they can be perfectly embedded within the material. Thanks to this, they will not be subject to any extensions, they will not slide or slide. Threaded inserts are cheap elements, which, however, make the furniture connection extremely durable and safe.
