As long as the cup diameter is 35 mm and the door application (such as a half overlay) is identical, alternative soft-close hinges will fit into the existing door routings. Side Note: Converting Drawers to Soft-Close
What works for cabinet doors with a simple clip or hinge swap requires a different technical approach for drawers. A simple roller runner cannot be converted into a full soft-close system with a clip-on component.
