550 mm steel drawer system with 40 kg load capacity

Engineered for deep furniture units, this metal drawer box kit combines robust steel side rails with full vertical and horizontal front alignment. It delivers full extension access with a quiet, cushioned self-closing action.

Fitting the drawer system

    Mount the cabinet runners

    Screw the side rails horizontally to the inner side walls of your cabinet carcass using the supplied fixing screws.

    Assemble the drawer box

    Attach your drawer base panel and rear back panel to the steel side profiles.

    Insert and adjust

    Click the drawer onto the runners and turn the adjustment screws to align the front vertically and horizontally.
