150 mm steel bolt for seamless worktop joints

The M6x150mm Worktop Connector delivers a rigid mechanical joint that pulls mating edges tight and prevents steps along the seam. Manufactured from durable steel with a nickel finish, it provides reliable clamping power across the joint line.

  • Steel construction: Provides high tensile strength to withstand continuous pressure without flexing or shearing.

  • Nickel finish: Gives the steel bolt dependable protection against surface wear and moisture underneath the worktop.

  • M6 threaded bolt: Allows controlled, gradual tightening with standard spanners to bring the worktop edges together flush.

  • Purpose-designed for worktops: Creates a secure clamp across underside recesses to stop joined surfaces from shifting over time.

Fitting instructions

Requires routed recesses on the underside of the worktops

    Route recesses

    Machine two circular recesses and a connecting channel on the underside of both worktop pieces.

    Insert connector

    Position the bolt and clamp elements flush into the routed groove bridging the joint seam.

  3. 3
    Tighten nut

    Tighten the nut using an appropriate spanner until the seam closes completely without any gap.
