550mm undermount runners for up to 19mm drawer side thickness

Concealed drawer runners combine a 3/4 extension mechanism with integrated soft-close damping for smooth, controlled motion. Mounted directly under the drawer base, they support drawer sides up to 19mm thick with a maximum weight capacity of 35kg.

  • Integrated soft-close action: The built-in damping mechanism catches the drawer during closure and pulls it silently shut.

  • Concealed undermount design: Fitting underneath the drawer base keeps all metal running gear hidden from view when the drawer is open.

Fitting the concealed undermount runners

Ensure cabinet depth and drawer box dimensions match a 550mm runner length before installation.

    Fix the runners to the cabinet sides

    Position the left and right runners horizontally inside the cabinet carcass at the required height and secure them with appropriate screws.

    Prepare the drawer box

    Ensure the drawer box base and rear panel are notched and drilled according to the undermount profile specifications.

  3. 3
    Fit the drawer onto the runners

    Rest the drawer box directly onto the 550mm runner tracks and slide it backward until fully engaged on the mechanism.
